Designing and Delivering Effective Online Training

This practical one-day workshop is designed for trainers, facilitators and professionals who want to feel more confident engaging and effective when delivering training online.

The day combines short demonstrations, discussion and plenty of hands-on practice. Participants explore the real challenges of online learning from both the learner and trainer perspective and identify what truly helps people stay focused motivated and involved on screen.

Through a live skills demo and guided observation, participants learn how to use voice projection, energy, body language and screen presence to create impact online. Each person delivers a short, online presentation and receives constructive, supportive feedback in a safe learning environment.

The workshop also covers essential techniques for grabbing attention, building enthusiasm, using non-verbal communication and creating clear “WIIFM” messages for audiences. Practical tools for engagement, structure and strong openings and closings are shared throughout.

By the end of the day participants leave with increased confidence, practical techniques they can apply immediately and a clearer understanding of what online audiences really need from them.
